The precast garage " Gilva " has been developed in order to have a rapid, economical and simple garage for your car, little craft, camper van or any other use.

It is designed to be placed as detached as semidetached or even to place nose/tail to the kerb.

The roofing is optional; the customer can choose his own type of roofing either wood or solar panels although our standard solution is metallic and isolated.

Its assembly and download to the lorry is very swift with a great crane, only it is necessary to prepare a levelled floor or a sand bed to place it.

The standard dimensions are 6 m length x 3 m width, being able to carry out any other measurement if the work needs it.
It is provided with floor, metallic roofing and door.
