Precast pieces of concrete, available in several formats, emphasizing the piece “gero” very used nowadays for its acoustic characteristics. The concrete blocks in "H" shape act as formwork in small retaining walls. Elaborated in conformity with UNE EN 771-3:2004, they possess the marked European compulsory of safety (CE). The whole "standard" range belongs to the same resistant family, reaching resistances to compression of 5 N/mm2 advisable for conditions of non structural use.

Floor and ceiling slabs are composed of precast and semi resistant joists T-11, with need for cross beam support for its execution. Floor and ceiling slabs are composed of T-18, T-20 and T-23. Depending on their lengths they work as self-supporting and therefore, do not need the help of cross beam supports. On the one hand all these kinds of floor and ceiling slabs are completed with pieces of correspondent beam filling, on the other hand armatures or welded wire meshes, the mixed concrete and compression layer are spilt at site.
