FOUNDATIONS
Once the work is contracted, our technical department carries out a few plans with the premeasurement of the foundation, for the correct execution of the work. This process is always carried out under the supervision of the director of work. The way of attaching (anchoring) the pillars to the above mentioned foundation will be calyx, welded or sheathed
-

PRECAST PILLARS
Structural elements made of different geometries and sections, including the rounded, with possibility of incorporating corbels for floor or ceiling slabs concrete and bridge- cranes, as well as all the iron-works (or attachment plates) necessary for the proper execution of the work.
-

DELTA GIRDER
Structural element for the support of two - gable roofings.
Depending on the light, they are made of different models and thickness.
The slope will always be 10 %.
In accordance with its geometry we can distinguish three big groups.
Delta girders from 7,00 m to 15,00 m.
Delta girders from 16,00 m to 25,00 m.
Deltas girders from 26,00 m to 36,00 m.
-

PURLIN
The " double T " girders and tubular girders are the autoresistant elements that placed on the delta girders make the base on which the metallic sheet (or attachment plate) is placed. Depending on the length, separation and load we will place one model or another, reaching lights of up to 12.00 m.
-

FIRE - PROOF SLAB
Slab whose aim is to avoid the spread of fires, following the regulations established in the Basic Norm of the Building CTE- SI. It possesses the compulsory marked CE according to the UNE EN 1168 supporting a resistance to fire of 120 minutes and its placement is realized in roofings of attached buildings or warehouses.
-

ISOLATED AND ALVEOLAR SLAB
Precast elements that are placed among the pillars making the enclosure as much perimeter as of demarcation of buildings or promotions. They are composed by central insulation covered with concrete and welded wire mesh, though for regulation of fires they can also be of solid concrete. The standard measurements are 2.40 m and 2.00 m, although they can be made to measure for rounding off the work. They are made of several finishes the most common being smoothly painted. The assembly in pillars is aligned to its face or placing the slab on the outside.
-

MAIN BEAMS AND CEILING SLABS
Element generally prestressed, in the case of the main beams of ceiling slabs they are supported
to the pillar by using a corbel of concrete with an intermediate neoprene for a perfect tightening; if they are for roofing, they are supported directly on the pillar and they are provided with the iron-works (or attachment plates) necessary for the fixation of the purlin to the roofing.
-

HOLLOW - CORE SLABS
Hollow - core slabs prestressed of several edges and resistances for the execution of ceiling slabs or penthouses in industrial buildings without need for shoring up and obtaining great openings without intermediate pillars. These slabs are supported in precast main beams and in order to work to a full capacity, the placement of negatives, welded wire mesh and its corresponding layer of compression is necessary.
SEMICIRCULAR ROOFING
CALANDA´S GIRDER:
Structural element for daylight, used in buildings wanting a different outlook, constructing a semicircular cover next to the metallic sheet that gives the building a different appearance altogether with a great natural interior light.
