One of the most outstanding aims for GILVA S.A. from its foundation, it is the improvement year after year, and so can obtain the TOTAL QUALITY; as much in its products as in its services. The Certificate of Company is obtained in 2004 in conformity with the Norm UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2000 by AENOR including the design, manufacture and staging of the wide range of products made by GILVA, S.A.

To reach our aim, on the one hand the external control realized by an officially accredited laboratory, on the other hand all the pertinent controls and necessary tests are carried out on the raw material. The process and the product are tested to compression in test tubes and controls, crushing and watertightness in precast concrete piping, flexure on curbs, essay to flexure and cut of floor or ceiling slabs, girders and hollow – core slabs and so on…. The traceability is guaranteed at all the time of the process, through our method of marking connected to the internal system of management where all the information is registered.

Our Policy of Quality establishes as the first priority to give full satisfaction to all our clients, as much in what concerns the products as the service. It is considered that our obligation is to fulfill with the legal and regulation requirements that concern our product. The whole staff is implicated inside the System and collaborates actively in the attainment of our aims.
Our products have the marked compulsory European of safety (CE), according to the European Board of Building Products.

It was introduced the Marked CE in 2005 according to the Procedure UNE EN 1916:2003, of precast concrete Piping 'loose' or 'reinforced' and, UNE EN 1340:2004 of precast concrete curbs.

It was joined in 2007 the precast concrete Blocks as UNE EN 771-1:2004. Finally, It was audited by AENOR the control of production of Marked CE for Structural Linear Elements in 2008 in conformity with UNE EN 13225:2005 and Hollow – core Slabs as UNE EN 1168:2006.
